What's Up with Dell????
I recently Purchase a Dell xps 410 that went bad in one week. O.K. Dell did send me another computer only after I refused to let them service my suppose to be "new computer'. Now mind you that I had spent approximately three days trying to set up and program my new machine. I ask them "what about all time time I had spent to get my new system the way I wanted it. They did offer me a 50.00 coupon. I remind them that they are a billion dollar company and all they can offer for all my troble is 50.00? So then they up it to 100.00. (talk about flee barganing). Now mind you that since then I have only spoken to dell maybe 50 times for different issues in a two week period. I find dell to be not only a cheat company but thier support service and techs are so ruled, uninformed, major langauge problem and in plain english--just very bad. As I have told them---I don't think I will ever buy another DELL. Have anyone else out there had bad experience with dell???
