What should I get repaired first on my car?

I’ve got a 92 mercury sable that I just bought, the mechanic said after a inspection that I needed the following things done. p/s, brake, trans. fluid, all flushed. The serpentine belt is cracked, a leaky soft plug. Spark plugs, fuel filter, 2ndary ignition, pcv, should all be replaced. Along with motor mount and inner tie rod ends, he also said the shocks and struts might need attention soon but not immediately. I don’t really notice any steering problems, but the car is new to me. And I’m not sure that I don’t need all this… but I have to do this a couple of trips for lack of cash. I thought fluid flush and serpentine belt should be the first things what else would be accessible and should be done at the same time.
