Marriage/Govt. job problem?

I am girl of 28 years from Delhi and working here too. The problem with me these days is that i have been selected in govt. concern with good designation and work profile. but unfortunately, got my unfavourable posting i.e. Guwahati. My parents and family people are not supporting me to go there as i am at marriageable stage and going guwahati means further 1-2 year delay in marriage bcoz its a small place so probabity of getting boy for shaadi is obviously low there. I also understand all these matters. For me both career and marriage imp. to me.Really feeling helpless to do anything now. please tell me....wht should i do. should i go straight to my more better career (govt.) or should remain in dilli working (private) and searching my life partner here. Wht should i do....ANY SUGGESTION ?????/
