What's the best way to heal a dog's wound

i have 2 german shepherds and they fought one time. the white gsd have wounds on her face. what is the best way to maybe try to help heal that area. i was wonderin cuz she is white and u can really tell also the sable one had scratches and it ended up being bald ..is hair gonna grow back sumtime?
