Need help with board of pharmacy in state license?

I live in Alabama and I'm looking for Jobs and the CVS is hiring pharmacy techs but he says i Need my license. Just to go on the board of pharmacy website and fill out a form and send 60$ to get a license and then he can hire me. My question is What form on the website do i need to fill out and send to them. How long does it take to get the license what is the name of this license just any information you can give would be great.
