What is the most expensive, best Free-World-Runescape melee setup?

Im cancelling membership, sold all members items, have like 53mil now. Whats the most expensive, cool looking, most helpful/best melee setup? Armor, Shield, Helmet, and Weapon. If it's two handed, then dont worry about the shield. Thanks for help (:
