I do hope you have a copy of that contract, if you do then take him to court. Also, find a way to remove the car, i would suggest going to the police and telling them you need a police escort to retrieve your car and show them the contract. When in court you can also sue him for the remaining amount due as all the issues with the car has done damage to your credit and caused you emotional and mental anguish
