Can I get in trouble with the law if I hand out fliers asking for any issues or problems with a company?

My husband went with my 6 year old son to pick up his paycheck, he was aulted threatened of his life, he was hit along side the head doing damages to his eye with a metal bar, the car they sold to him they would not give to him, he was not given his paycheck and told to get off the property, my son and husband were forced to walk home and called the police. All of this is on tape. My son had to witness all of this and is having problems with this. I am going to sue the company but need character statements. I want to know If I hand out fliers that say this if there is in any was I can get in trouble?
